Here are some questions I am often asked.
Small business owners who are looking for virtual bookkeeping services. This means that I use cloud-based accounting software and receive source documents from you electronically. Some examples of my clients are:

I have many requests from business owners looking for someone to come to them and pass documents personally. Unfortunately, I would not be the best match for you. Since I have odd working hours (afternoon and late at night mostly), I have set up my business to specifically be virtual so I can work whenever I am able rather than having to work only when the business is open and operating. This is good for you because then, you can access your documents and books at any time and they will be updated more regularly in real-time.
Easier. Easier on you because you're not guessing how much your bookkeeping investment will be each month. Easier on me to do what I've agreed to do for you without time tracking. Flat amount for agreed upon service(s).

We will schedule a 15-30 minute intro call where I want to learn more about you and your business and you can fill out a questionnaire to help me determine how I can best serve you.
If I think we are a good fit, we will schedule a 1 hour consultation. If we continue to move forward, I will request access to your current financial information in order to present you with a proposal for services.
If you accept the proposal, we will agree on and sign an engagement letter!
For the base monthly services which include the items listed, the price begins at the "starting" amount, but plans are able to be customized by adding on additional options, such as:
additional bank accounts or transactions
accounts receivable
accounts payable
budgeting
clean-up
Bank transfer or ACH is preferred. I highly encourage debit cards only, as I believe in being personally and commercially debt-free.
I do realize that not everyone agrees with this philosophy, so I do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards if absolutely necessary.
Your first invoice is due upon acceptance of our agreed upon engagement letter. After that, monthly payments are due the 1st of each month, to be automatically withdrawn.
