Most people that I know love to have more money in their pocket at the end of the day and especially come tax time--Me too! As a business owner, one way to do this is by using tax deductions to your benefit in order to keep more of your money rather than sending it to Uncle Sam.
“You do NOT want to miss out on valid tax deductions because you simply don’t know.”
It is no secret that our tax code is *somewhat* complex, so while it is understandable that you cannot know every tax deduction possible, not knowing is costing your business. You need people around you (like an accountant, and bookkeeper--ME) who are knowledgeable about your business and tax deductions that you as a coach can benefit from. We will be able to help you develop ways to maximize these deductions. I don’t want you to have to send more of your hard earned money to the IRS than you have to. I’m sure you don’t either. To help you in thinking through tax deductions, I've created a valuable list called "7+ Business Deductions You Don't Want to Miss".
Click above to get a copy sent to your inbox today! If you are a newer business, you DEFINITELY need this so you can get set up correctly at the beginning and not be leaving $$ on the table. Even if you've been in business a long time, you may need to have your memory jogged as to what might be considered a deduction as tax time rolls around again.
(To be clear, I am not a tax CPA, and I do not "do taxes," although as your bookkeeper, I will be happy to work with your CPA to makes taxes less burdensome for you. Always check with your tax person to make sure you have the most up-to-date information about taxes, and to confirm that you are getting all of the business tax deductions you are eligible for. )
